Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bag.coffee (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

What the service does

bag.coffee is an index of specialty coffee listings from third-party roasters. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill coffee orders. When you click a link to purchase, you are redirected to a roaster's site and any purchase is between you and that roaster.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access to the Service, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

• Access, scrape, or collect data from the Service using automated means (except as permitted by us in writing).
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

Listings, third-party content, and links

The Service may display or link to third-party content (including roaster names, logos, product descriptions, images, and websites). Third-party content is owned by its respective owners and is provided for convenience and informational purposes.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the availability, price, accuracy, or completeness of any listing.
• Third-party websites and purchases are subject to the third party's terms and policies, and we are not responsible for those websites or transactions.
• Some outbound links may include tracking parameters used to measure referrals. If we participate in affiliate programs, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including software, design, and branding) are owned by bag.coffee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Roaster names, logos, and product content belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that listings will be accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bag.coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or third-party sites.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless bag.coffee from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of bag.coffee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
